I downloaded a roster patch ,and now the commentators never say a players name.WHY?Does anyone know how to fix that or what I can do?Thanks ,if not oh well!!!!!!

yer when a players attribute is changed in any way (even if it is just hair colour) then it means that the commentary for that player will be lost.

the only way for a player to be changed and still have the commentary is to change it with fed.

Not true exactly!
You can change the appearance of a player with EA-graph but these have to be faces from well known players like the ones on the playerslist/facelist (downloadable at the Downloadscentre).
When you download a rosterupdate then you got a roster that's been changed by the maker of that patch and who knows how he did it so make a backup of your fifa01 and your face.big files first!! so you can always go back to the moment it was when everything worked just fine including the commentary.
