You can only insert pics when it's posted on the internet because you need the URL.
Do it like this:

Here is a steps to make it.
1 step: make a site or upload iton another one, so when you press on your picture it will show the pic. and nothing else only the white bg.
2 step: copy the link of you picture
3 step: when you post press image and paste the link and press ok!
And that's it.
