I have a problem still. I had 1.2ghz amd processor with 256mb memory with a videoexcel tnt2 m64 with 32mb on board memory with the all the up to date drivers for the video card and for windows 2000. it's also set to enable v-sync.

the game keeps freezing after about 30 seconds into the game thus i have to re-start the machine.

anybody have any suggestions?

I cant think of any suggestions off the top of my head but I am also running FIFA2001 on Windows 2000 and it works fine. I have a 733mhz, 256 MB, GeForce 256. If you have any other questions about my configuration feel free to ask and hopefully we can get you up and running. Have you tried reinstalling? It would help if we knew what steps you have taken so far to fix the problem.

I am wondering if it has any to do with windows2000 ntfs conversion from fat32.
any comments?

All my drives are formatted as FAT32
