I tryed with patch 4.0 but I can't install it (it say "you already have newer version" or something like that)

Ive got a bit of a question as im new,
1. When you download a patch for fifa manger 2010 where do you place the patch once downloaded for it to take affect? and does it affect the old saved game in any way?
2. What is the best update to fix all bugs in the game and is there any way to make the players celebrate goals more? they seem to just walk back to the centre like they've done nothing yet they've scored a crucial goal???

I play fifa 07 with my own club and I'm doing quite well-I have won FA Premier League 3 times in a row and won Champions league 2 times in a row so I'm very optimistic for next season but it constantly says at Stats/Season Stats/Season Objective League-Avoid relegation. Now, my ? is where to change it so it can say Championship so that I get more bonus money and that my mayor sponsor's atmosphere in TV contract raises to optimistic

is there any cup celebrations this year on fifa manager 2011? rate let down when there wasn't what a way to celebrate a premiership title by receving an email??? wheres the celebration on pitch or the cup its pathetic does anyone know if 2011 will have this?
