Im not sure if anyone else has tried this but you can play as england in the demo if you install it in hebrew. the starters are:
Seaman
G.Neville
Adams
Campbell
P.Neville
Beckam
Scholes
Ince
Mcmanaman
Owen
Heskey

also you can change camera angles by pressing F1-F4 during the game.

Ah well that would explain why even though the demo is Arsenal and Manchester UTD the fans are chanting "Enger-land" and " y Viva Espana" and there are spanish flags in the crowd.

I've just reinstalled it in Hebrew and to my surprise it wasn't spain playing England it was Israel, and they crowd still chanted " y Viva Espana!"

lol so typical of EA they have the wrong crowd chants yet again in the game, just like they did in FIFA 2000

The demo has lots of variety as you can play as many different teams depending upon what language you install the demo in, doesnt matter though, the game still plays boring.
