sure you can change the camara view.
use the following keys: shift + F1 - F4.

He doesn't mean it that way, I know what you mean, well yes you can make the same camera view alter, you can take raise it or even take it back so you can see more of the pitch, but not in the demo im afraid, as the option to change camera angles is greyed out in the demo, its the same setup as in EURO 2000, the only snag is, you have to adjust it for every single game you play as it doesnt remember your adjustments, well Euro 2000 didnt anyway.

I can't for the life of me think why EA changed the perfect camera view they've always had, it was great, and the radar has gone as well now, so its harder to pick out players on the pitch.

My motto: if it ain't broken, don't fix it.
