Sporting is winning 0-1 at some Danish team that i forgot the name and Maritimo is winning 3-0 against Bangor City. Good results. nikolapfc89 29-07-2010, 10:11:PM What a day For Serbian clubs... Spartak win Dnipro 2-1 Galatasaray - OFK Belgrade 2-2 But red star - slovan 1-2 :clapwap: (they shame for our football) shoneroma90 30-07-2010, 02:40:AM What a day For Serbian clubs... Spartak win Dnipro 2-1 Galatasaray - OFK Belgrade 2-2 But red star - slovan 1-2 :clapwap: (they shame for our football) hahahaha! "they shame for our football"! you make me laugh! nikolapfc89 30-07-2010, 05:11:AM Same as your team me ;) You Raise to the heavens.... shoneroma90 30-07-2010, 06:47:AM my team is AS Roma ;) Arnau 30-07-2010, 06:53:AM I don't understand, as a Partizan fan you should be happy if Red Star lost. silvone 30-07-2010, 08:07:AM What a day For Serbian clubs... Spartak win Dnipro 2-1 Galatasaray - OFK Belgrade 2-2 But red star - slovan 1-2 :clapwap: (they shame for our football) Of course they do! As i can clearly see Partizan Belgrad are deeply implanted in your heart! (nothing wrong with that) just try to be more objective when speaking about Crvena Zvezda. :innocent_smile_1: shoneroma90 30-07-2010, 08:42:AM Of course they do! As i can clearly see Partizan Belgrad are deeply implanted in your heart! (nothing wrong with that) just try to be more objective when speaking about Crvena Zvezda. :innocent_smile_1: thats the problem in serbia, i am a fan of Red Star, butt i am glad when Partizan make good results in europe because that's the team from my country and of course i will support them against others countries clubs... butt, in domestic league i wish all the worst for Partizan! that's the difference betwen me and nikolapfc89, he want's all the worst for Red Star in ALL tournaments where they play and that's one of the many reasons why fottball in serbia is dying from year to year... nikolapfc89 30-07-2010, 06:32:PM Did i say i hate them? I was support them last night ! But this is really hit me this win,i am not happy just i dont know,angry... Coruja 06-08-2010, 01:11:PM Play-Off's Genk vs Porto Sporting vs Brondby BATE vs Maritimo soccer pro 06-08-2010, 03:57:PM A bad day for Serbian football generally...Partizan still has a great chance :bouncy: banok 07-08-2010, 08:48:PM 2 hungarian club (Győr, Debrecen) in the last qualifier round! :) :bob: $teauA 08-08-2010, 07:47:PM lol @ the dogs silvone 09-08-2010, 12:46:PM lol @ the dogs Let them prepare for UCL! (Y) prirechnaya5165 11-08-2010, 08:32:AM Leverkusen - Tavriya Dnipro - Lech Galatasaray - Karpaty Omonia - Metalist Fair draw for the Ukrainian clubs. It's Tavriya's first appearance in modern Euro-cup and they got a very big challenge. Depending on how Bayer L. will play (like first half of 09/10 or second). However, even if they play poorly I still leave Tavriya a very little chance. They got into Europa League because of a victory in a domestic cup, didn't really show an exceptional gameplay there nor doing very well in the league. Dnipro hopefully will go through with a minimal victory. Karpaty... 20%. Hope I am wrong. In Turkey most likely loss 2:0, but in Lviv it will depend on who scores first. Metalist is the most promising club from Ukraine in this competition, therefore I expect a victory in both matches (With all due respect to Omonia) Now, a Russian club Sibir will face Holland's PSV. I really hope that Sibir will be playing in a group stage (Mostly for sake to see foreign clubs playing in North Russia during the winter temperature (Y)) But not a big chance against PSV. Especially when considering a struggling previous game against, statistically, a weaker opponent. luka.jerak 21-08-2010, 12:28:PM Palermo- Maribor 3:0 The only remaining slovenian participant lost 3:0 when their Goalkeeper was shown a red card. Too bad. MaSsiVe 26-08-2010, 11:27:PM awesome recovery from Sporting...I know it was only Brondby but still, not easy going around a 2-0 home deficit. Coruja 26-08-2010, 11:38:PM Feel bad for Maritimo. MaSsiVe 26-08-2010, 11:52:PM I hate their ****face president, but yeah it's bad for portuguese clubs ranking-wise. Coruja 26-08-2010, 11:53:PM Braga helped a lot with that ranking stuff. $teauA 28-08-2010, 05:08:PM Nice group for us. It'll be a good way to see where our young team is at. banok 28-08-2010, 05:10:PM Debrecen in the groupstage!!!! Go Hungary! http://noob.hu/2010/08/28/europe_leauge.PNG Filipower 29-08-2010, 03:18:AM Great draw for Sporting and Porto. Man City, Leverkusen, Palermo, PSG and Sampdoria all avoided (Y) luka.jerak 30-08-2010, 12:09:PM Unfortunately even this year Slovenia won't have a club in the european competitions. I feel bad for Maribor they've played very well the second game against Palermo with their 3:2 win. Hope they get better next year and after12 years we'll have once again a slovenian club in the european competition. josiq 18-09-2010, 02:57:AM dINAMO Zagreb-villarreal 2-0 yeah :D Rukvaina SAMMIR the arhitect xD creativemantra 19-09-2010, 09:06:AM Juventus look more and more crap by season...if they work like this at a constant rate..their graph will plot them back to relegation in the enxt 4-5 seasons Tosiek 17-12-2010, 01:04:PM http://img269.imageshack.us/img269/2328/erek.png A very satisfying draw for Lech Poznań. fender 17-12-2010, 03:11:PM Some pretty exciting matchups, Lille - PSV, Sevilla - Porto, Napoli - Villarreal Filipower 17-12-2010, 11:17:PM Good. (H) shoneroma90 18-12-2010, 12:48:AM it will be thouf for Porto to beat sevilla, butt i'm sure they will play in the final this year and i hope they will win this year... Filipower 18-12-2010, 09:41:AM Cheers man! :D Coruja 18-12-2010, 06:56:PM Hope that the 4 portuguese teams can get ahead in the competition. Benfica never won in germany but there's a first thing for everything. Arnau 18-12-2010, 09:00:PM No chance for Sevilla against villas-boas's porto. Coruja 18-12-2010, 09:22:PM Villas-Boas's Porto ahaha MaSsiVe 19-12-2010, 01:21:AM please explain what's so funny Coruja, in case you're missing something he means the same team that raped your team's sorry ass twice this season. Should Fili bring his 5-0 sig back as a reminder? :D it is a tough draw for us in the end considering the other possibilities, but the way we've been playing is enough to make me confident we can beat any of the teams left in the competiton. also, Sevilla brings back beautiful memories (H) Arnau 19-12-2010, 02:14:AM Its always nice to remind fivezeros against the capital teams. (H) Sevillista 09-02-2011, 11:34:PM Dear Filipower, Massive, http://media.lavozdegalicia.es/default/2011/01/24/0012_201101G24P32F3/Foto/G24P32F3.jpg Vamos deixar-te sem o título!! ;-) Coruja 10-02-2011, 12:00:AM LOL Well, Porto's still winning but they are really missing Falcao and Alvaro Pereira. Dont know if theyre gonna play against Sevilla, if they wont... MaSsiVe 12-02-2011, 10:29:PM Sevillista I hope that turns out as well as it did against Mourinho (H) Falcao will definitely be fit by then, and Alvaro might just make it...I really hope they both play, we are a much better team with them on the field. Coruja 17-02-2011, 11:39:AM Four portuguese teams playing today, lets hope that they can win all their matches. Filipower 17-02-2011, 01:50:PM Ditto, we need those coefficients rising. Coruja 17-02-2011, 08:02:PM We won 2-1. The first half was bad but the second one we dominate. Jara is getting better game by game. Filipower 18-02-2011, 12:04:AM Haha, Cebola (H) Coruja 18-02-2011, 12:43:AM Lech 1-0 Braga Benfica 2-1 Stuttgart Sevilla 1 - 2 Porto Rangers 1 - 1 Sporting Bah, bad luck for Braga.... MaSsiVe 18-02-2011, 12:51:AM Haha, Cebola (H) hilarious how he took advantage of that ridiculous missed kick to be decisive in the winning goal (H) delighted with the win of course, though I must admit that a draw would also be an acceptable result considering how the match went on. we started off very strong, with high pressure all over Sevilla's defense but then they started getting their stuff together and ended up balancing the game. Helton was amazing with that couple of great saves and Rolando was our best player out there tonight, simply imperial! can't wait for the second leg, already got my ticket :innocent_smile_1: Sevillista 18-02-2011, 01:56:AM We are just incapable of winning matches, no matter how well we play. It's as frustrating as it is predictable. By all accounts we outplayed Porto, but we wasted our chances, and Porto took their ridiculous ones.... Porto's 0-1 was offsides, but Kanoute's 1-1 was probably an offensive foul. Coruja 23-02-2011, 06:32:PM Perroti is such a butthurt player, that punch on Fucile, seriously. EDIT: AVB ahaha so awesome. Filipower 23-02-2011, 06:54:PM So, Sevilla's MMA team was pretty good today. Football one not so much. F*ck it, we're through. Arnau 23-02-2011, 07:02:PM 3 points for Sevilla. Sevillista 23-02-2011, 07:03:PM So, Sevilla's MMA team was pretty good today. Football one not so much. F*ck it, we're through. Perotti's punch was a disgrace, but you are in no position to criticize how we played. We very nearly knocked you out, and you had the help of an offsides goal. Glad we at least had an entertaining two matches. 3 points for Sevilla. Hahaha, caraponi Filipower 23-02-2011, 07:08:PM Kanouté's goal in the first leg was a foul. Alexis should've been sent off when he got the yellow card, Medel should've been sent off for the foul on Belluschi, Perotti should've been sent off for the punch. You outplayed us in the first leg, we outplayed you in the second. Sevillista 23-02-2011, 08:05:PM Kanouté's goal in the first leg was a foul. Alexis should've been sent off when he got the yellow card, Medel should've been sent off for the foul on Belluschi, Perotti should've been sent off for the punch. You outplayed us in the first leg, we outplayed you in the second. Yep, Kanoute's was a foul. Take those two away and you come into the second leg with one away goal, and we might have had extra time instead of deciding things on away goals. Purely speculative, though, and I'm not going to say Porto didn't deserve to go through. Just saying Sevilla were not outplayed, not even in the second leg. If those players you mention had been sent of, maybe they would have, but Sevilla gave Porto a scare in a match that seemed very much out of reach. I am most impressed with our defense and goalkeeper, Javi Varas. This is only the second time all season we've gone two matches in a row without conceding a goal. I hope Palop stays on the bench now, Varas' time has come. Filipower 23-02-2011, 08:10:PM Indeed, Varas was amazing but Porto is to blame for some misses as well. You were outplayed today, but yeah we could go back and forth for weeks like this, I wish the best for Sevilla. Coruja 23-02-2011, 08:24:PM Porto vs CSKA Ulysses 23-02-2011, 09:10:PM Porto plays awesome, they are favorites for the throphy . Did Porto play in cl this year ? Filipower 23-02-2011, 09:36:PM Nope, unfortunately :( MaSsiVe 23-02-2011, 10:28:PM Just saying Sevilla were not outplayed, not even in the second leg. 8| nigga pleez, it's true that the result in Sevilla was harsh for you guys, but you were definitely outplayed today, we had like 6 CLEAR goal chances to finish the tie up! your goal came out of nowhere right after Hulk had missed a(nother) glorious chance and then Palito being (very harshly) sent off did put us in danger but you can't deny that we played more than enough to get a confortable win in this game. hopefully we were saving the goalfest for the CSKA clash (H) anyway it was an unbelievebaly intense match...dispite the result it was magical to be in the Dragão, I don't remember feeling such thrill in the stands in an european home game since the Schalke match. Sevillista 23-02-2011, 11:30:PM 8| nigga pleez, it's true that the result in Sevilla was harsh for you guys, but you were definitely outplayed today, we had like 6 CLEAR goal chances to finish the tie up! your goal came out of nowhere right after Hulk had missed a(nother) glorious chance and then Palito being (very harshly) sent off did put us in danger but you can't deny that we played more than enough to get a confortable win in this game. hopefully we were saving the goalfest for the CSKA clash (H) anyway it was an unbelievebaly intense match...dispite the result it was magical to be in the Dragão, I don't remember feeling such thrill in the stands in an european home game since the Schalke match. Yes, Porto created many chances, but that was because we were in catch-up mode all match and played most of the second half with three, and then two defenders . It doesn't speak to your credit that Porto squandered so many opportunities. Regardless, scoring a goal would not have finished the tie up, it would have just meant ET if Sevilla scored again, which we were very close to doing a few times in the last 15 min. Porto were arguably the better side tonight... all I meant was that it was not by a significant margin. Fili made it sound like we played poorly, but I think we did well considering we needed two away goals against a strong opponent. Anyways, it was a fun matchup and a small part of me is happy that we can focus on the league now and hopefully build some confidence from our performance. And maybe higher-ups will realize what a turd Alexis is and get rid of him... Coruja 24-02-2011, 11:33:PM Three portuguese teams in the next round. Bad luck for Sporting, they got out in minute 92 of the game against Rangers. Arnau 26-02-2011, 01:08:AM Three portuguese teams in the next round. Bad luck for Sporting, they got out in minute 92 of the game against Rangers. Do you support Sporting in Europa league? Filipower 26-02-2011, 01:16:AM Why wouldn't we? I don't like Sporting but I certainly don't give a f*ck about Rangers. I don't exactly wish for Sporting(not anymore, but Benfica and Braga) to win seeing as Porto is in the same competition, but I see nothing wrong in wanting teams from Portugal to thump others! :D Arnau 26-02-2011, 01:57:AM What a contrast compared with us :innocent_smile_1: bdAwZ1EfJzQ Filipower 26-02-2011, 02:03:AM Yeah but that's just kind of dumb. Azrael 26-02-2011, 02:13:PM Spain is also in the top coefficient whereas Portugal isn't. Any success Portuguese teams achieve will help the country as a whole, whereas Spanish teams would have to bomb in consecutive years to be affected. Filipower 26-02-2011, 02:15:PM Yeah that's another reason, but the fact that we want a higher coefficient is because that will allow more teams to get in Europe so we can root for them as well :D Coruja 26-02-2011, 05:55:PM In the league i want them to lose obviously. But in European Competitions i support them to see Portugal having more teams in this kind of things. Arnau 10-03-2011, 06:32:PM Very entertaining match between CSKA and Porto. Filipower 10-03-2011, 06:58:PM CSKA should be playing with 10. Other than that, Porto is getting their asses kicked, here's hoping for a much much better second half. Filipower 10-03-2011, 07:59:PM And my prayers were answered. (H) MaSsiVe 10-03-2011, 10:21:PM first half we were misplacing a lot of passes and lacked aggressiveness in defense, but gladly woke the **** up in the second half and did manage to turn our game on. the synthetic pitch didn't help at all, I hope Hulk and Guarin don't have serious injuries... Juventino 10-03-2011, 10:31:PM Theo Janssen's cross has to be one of the best in football right now. He has decided multiple games already that way, also with set pieces. 3-DYnWWvfeM Bad quality video, but you can see how tight this cross is especially in the multiple replays. Filipower 10-03-2011, 10:31:PM Holy **** UEFA, why the **** do you need those two extra referees? Coruja 17-03-2011, 10:59:PM PSG out, Liverpool out, CSKA out. Filipower 17-03-2011, 11:02:PM Oooooh! In yo' face! In yo' face Europe! (H) shoneroma90 18-03-2011, 12:25:AM Oooooh! In yo' face! In yo' face Europe! I hope a final Porto-Benfica, it'll be great great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(Y) Arnau 18-03-2011, 05:21:PM I'm expecting a Porto - Villarreal semifinal. Filipower 18-03-2011, 05:23:PM I'm not :( Or rather, I'm expecting it, just hoping it's not... bruno167 18-03-2011, 08:23:PM Another trip to Moscow and to that awful synthetic pitch. We need a good result in the first leg at home. Braga has in theory the most difficult oponent.(Dinamo is playing very good) but after beating Celtic,Sevilla,Arsenal and Liverpool this season the sky is the limit. Btw, great song: MbYA57NlGNg venceremos venceremos venceremos outra vez o Porto vai ganhar a taça como em 2003(Y) MaSsiVe 19-03-2011, 01:17:AM I'm not :( Or rather, I'm expecting it, just hoping it's not... bring them on! it would be an amazing tie, but lets focus on beating Spartak first...the down side of this draw is that we have yet again to play in that sh'tty synthetic pitch :nape: shoneroma90 19-03-2011, 02:16:AM i hope porto will play with dinamo in the finals, cause they both playes good football this season, and i think it will be one hell of a game... and, of course, i hope porto will win this year... paolo-fcb 19-03-2011, 06:18:AM The fashion of a final Porto-Benfica is very very high to me!(Y) Coruja 19-03-2011, 01:36:PM It would be great a Porto x Benfica final. Hope that Braga gets trough, im a little worried about that because Dinamo's playing great. But a team who beats Sevilla, Liverpool, Celtic and Arsenal (i think) can easily beat Dinamo, but it will be tough... Porto x Spartak, meh... i think Porto will handle things easily. Benfica x PSV, i think we have quality to make this 2 games with no worries, but in this phase of the Europa League anything can happen, and PSV ha some really nice players who can make difference... lets see. El Siete (7) 08-04-2011, 01:02:PM SC Braga - it should not be! In the second leg a goal scored from offside and the referee did not consider the goals of Lech! I hope that the Dynamo in a rematch of their break down. The results of the quarter-finals: FC Porto 5-1 Spartak Moscow Benfica 4-1 PSV Eindhoven Villarreal CF 5-1 FC Twente Dynamo Kiev 1-1 Sporting Braga Filipower 14-04-2011, 08:09:PM Man, Russia must hate us right now. (H) Sevillista 14-04-2011, 11:29:PM Villareal are a mystery. They drop so many league games, but other times they look sensational. I hope they bring their A-game to the semis. Tiago_10 14-04-2011, 11:52:PM I'd like to congratulate all three Portuguese teams that will be in the semis, with the assurance that at least one of them will be in the final. It's true this isn't the Champions League but it is nonetheless an historic night for Portuguese football. I'll definitely be rooting for a Benfica-Porto final. sopclouff 22-04-2011, 01:24:AM Aywaaaaaaaaaaaa howaaa da Well keep it up inshallah and win another double Recrero152 27-04-2011, 03:21:AM A good year for the Portuguese. MaSsiVe 25-05-2011, 02:14:AM not the greatest match for a neutral to watch but an intense final nonethess, at least as far as any Porto or Braga fan was concerned. like someone once said, "finals are not meant to be played, they are meant to be won" and I'm pretty ******* thrilled we won it (H) |
