There's 3 or 4 paramter in ai.ini called ATTRIBUTE_POOR, ATTRIBUTE_AVG, ATTRIBUTE_GOOD, ATTRIBUTE_EX. I believe changing these parameters essentially edits player ratings globally, by way of defining what is considered a poor, average, good, or excellent attribute. Perhaps if you turned ATTRIBUTE_GOOD up, perhaps there will be less good players and more average players. If you turned ATTRIBUTE_GOOD down, perhaps there will be more good players, and generally an average player may become slightly above average.

That's how I understand these parameters and I have been adjusting them, however, it's hard to really see how it affects gameplay. If anyone can shed light on these parameters or any other way to globally change player ratings please do.

ah o.k so you can`t edit the same way as PES, changing just all player speed etc.
but thanks for the reply anyway.

Well Mick-S, you can't edit like PES because FIFA is a different engine, but you can edit things like speed for all players (overall in the game). There are many different parameters that you can edit, however sometimes it takes a while to find the specific parameter you want to change.

You can edit parameters with Rinaldo's Database master 10.
Once installed, open fifa.db, export the "players" table, open it on Excel, and now you can edit playerspeed, stamina, shoot power, and so...

Must need knowledge on the management of Excel to globally edit values, such establish formulas and functions (x example: if c5 (player speed) <70; +5 to cd5), then copy as values the results, save as .txt and import again.

Again, hard work and just once mistake is needed to crash the database, so is required backup first, and then knowledge on Excel management and importing database.
