Hello buddies,

Is there some way, in manager mode, to only watch the matches? I mean, there is the option to choose the neutral position in the controls, but i want to change the players, formations, etc... And prevent the ridiculous changes the PC do, like change a player that entered the match like 5 min ago.

you can use the Esc key to break into the action, but you can`t sub players if you don`t have a controller asigned.

typical EA with the cpu sub bug, can`t believe after making a game for so long they get a basic thing like that wrong, you either live with it or turn cpu subs off in the ini file.

as I have arthritis in both hands, I play manager mode and just spectate the games, gets very frustating, I find myself shouting at the monitor ( for F'#; sake shoot, lol.

Wasn't there a fix for the CPU sub bug on here somewhere?? I have been reading the posts here for a while now but just started posting myself. I thought I saw a fix for the sub bug somewhere though. Anyone know where it is??

If i turn off cpu subs both teams will stop sub'ing? Where do I do this

I realise that it is an extra two steps, but surely you can press Esc, change game controls to take control of your team, perform whatever actions you require, and then change game controls back again to unassigned??

Would you not be better off playing a pure management game like Football Manager??

I wouldn't worry about that, I do that whilst fully controlling the action :)

If you do this you'll break statistics and xp progress of the players during the match, in manager mode.

So the best really is Football Manager.

why not making the manager photo with virtual pro? it would be GREAT
