I play for arsenal and chelsea is on 8 position a and 2nd is Portsmouth and Hull
city 3rd, is possible to change settings? i want to have chelsea, Man U and City on a top op the league

you need to somehow edit the sim.bin.

the career.ini wont change anything but transfers & such.
& has nothing to do w/ the simulation of cpu games & tables being
accurate as far as how strong a team is against how weak a team is.
