i would like people to discus about their video cards.

i have a voodoo3 graphics card and it kicks ass. i think it is one of the best of all.
i am getting excellent 3D graphics.

i would like to buy the voodoo5 soon but it costs almost $500 dollars. i will wait a bit for the price to drop down.

Apparently the best card around is the Geo-Force 2, but i don't know about the voodoo 5, what happened to the Voodoo 4?

i did not see voodoo 4 but voodoo 5 just came out about 6 months ago.

I remember reading about it from 3dfx's website, but i have yet to see it in stores, i only see voodoo5 on store selves

Man dont go for the voodoo based cards anymore, their days are long gone and it looks like so are 3dfx's. Man go for an Nvidia based card, Geforce 2 is the best card but the Geforce is pretty cool as well. I personally have a TNT2 Ultra which is a pretty good card but is struggling with alot of the newer games, mmmm time to upgrade I think.

3dfx cards have the best technology glide/open gl(exclusive)..which makes them recommende for almost every game..

HOWEVER the problem is that most game developers don't spend enough time on compatibility because all other cards run on D3D!
... it may not be a great idea to get them

you know what? i definitely would like to get voodoo5 but in few months waiting for it to drop down to about $150 - $250. right now is almost $500. so i have to wait. damn it. i am getting amazing graphics with voodoo3, i just can't imagine with voodoo5.

and also guys. if you want smooth graphics, you have to get some expensive 3dfx card. with my default graphics card fifa is very choppy.

IT' HAS great quality but as i said..alot of crashing ..and slow down problems(especially EURO2K) because
they didn't work enough to make it compatible

until i got this patch made by GALAH

I agree, my voodoo 3 runs FIFA 2000 fine, but i am also waiting for the price to drop on voodoo5 before i consider getting it - what is this patch you said about sabaho?

I have a 3DFX Voodoo 5 5500 and it is fantastic especially with the (FSAA) full- scene anti-aliasing and T-buffer they really make a difference in the graphics when you get the money you must get it guys.

I have 2 video cards (each on 2 different computers) I have a 16MB voodoo3 and a 16MB NVIDIA RIVA TNT. They both seem to run fine with FIFA 2000, no complaints over here.

HI my namw is sam and I have a voodoo 3 16megs I know it works geat because I played NHL 2001 AND IT looks geatits ameazing it looks so real that game.SO IF if you have a voodoo3 16megs dont worry because im Perrty sure FIFA 2001 WILL LOOK GREAT ON THIS CARD.
