please don't think I am vain for my name here. I have made a mitre MLS ball (pretty darn real in my opinion). I was going to submit it for use by everyone but it seems as though many of you could care less about the MLS so I am just going to hold it for myself unless there is a large nuber of people who want it. I wanted to put a pic in but I can't figure out how so you will have to wait to find out.sorry

Your Mitre ball sounds cool. There's only one problem at the moment...

It's still not clear which ball MLS will use in real life this season. In the past they've used Mitre balls, but there are rumors that they may go with a new ball this season (I have no idea whether or not the ball in the MLS2000 patch reflects this season's ball or not).

Since the season starts this coming Saturday, though, I guess we'll find out soon enough which ball MLS decided to go with. http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif

It's difficult to create an exact ball because the game uses 2 tiles to create the ball. Each tile has a small version and a big version. Those files you were talking about I believe are the structure of the ball, but I don't think any one has messed with them.

Well I have the 1999 design. I thought it would be the same since the season starts in 4 days. I figured there would be some sort of major announcement by now if there was going to be a huge change.
