I was just wondering cuz I know everyone in here didn't buy FIFA 2001!

I purchased the game. I got it for my birthday using the money i received for my birthday, which luckily is after the game is released. To be honest, i did not play the game more than 10 times (not including beta testing for FEd2001) and i feel sooooooo rippd off :( It cost me $50 Canadian after tax.

Actually I did buy the game on 06/11/00 and it cost me £29.99 which is cheap considering PC games usually cost, on average, £34.99

Though I did get the warez version on 31/10/00 but found the 2 game crash bug and decided to buy the thing rather that download 100MB of commentary.

Rottweiler do you have that 100MB of commentary?!?

Is there any way to add different commentary from other FIFA games to 2001?!?

I got mine about 1 month ago... had to fork out SGD$49.95... avg. prices of PC games in Singapore is SGD$59.95... This is quite cheap... But the cheaper one was EA Classics including FIFA 2000, NBA Live 2000, etc. for only SGD$19.90 each! Now I know why I wasted over 30 bucks on FIFA 2000 last year :(

Bought it as soon as released. From new releases, EA Sports games are usually the cheaper.

I forked out my hard-earned money :rolleyes: , I played it about 25 times in total and then my sis broke it.I didn't really mind because she bought another game for me, a better one :D

Anyway,I got my game from a cd backup website www.etc.com.my, (http://www.etc.com.my,) takes a while to get there but really cheap price and shipping. ;)

What's the point in rushing out and buying them hot off the ROM burner, when within a few months the price comes down. If your budget for games is tight, wait a year or two and you can pick up some great bargains.

I got NHL99, Wipeout and Beast Wars (this was a kid's show and the game's got an 11+ rating!) all for £10. It was ex-WalMart clearance stock, how it ended up on a market stall in Cambridgeshire, God alone knows, but I think it has something to do with the US military.

FIFA99, Tiger Woods 99 and World Cup Cricket have been released by EA as a boxed set at £7.99 from Electronics Boutique ( www.eb.uk.com (http://www.eb.uk.com) or www.eb.com (http://www.eb.com) for the US). Yeah, I know there's the old argument about graphics and gameplay, but I unearthed my old copy of Elite (who remembers that one eh? written for the BBC B from Acorn) and my eldest son thinks it's great!

which i like 40£ or something........it wasn't worth it now, cause the game sucks!
