I read alot of people saying how they would buy ISS for the PC if they could but theres NO NEED!!!, lol.

Because you can download a program called epsxe which is a playstation emulator and run the game or even beter make an iso image of the game and run it from your hard disk (of cource this is legel coz i have the origonal). You need a medium speed CPU, 64MB ram, and an alright graphics card to do it.
