When I put Ba Fc, Lautoka, PRK Hekari, Da Nang and Pyongyang City Group patches into my FIFA 10, I can't see them in the game. They're supposed to be in Rest of World mode, but they didn't. Into one of these patches says that you need to ''manually add to the Rest of World'', but I didn't figured out how.:)

Do you have Creation Master 10? If so, all you have to do is go to the Rest of World League and add/replace teams that you already created.

If they (the teams) don't exist, maybe you should check what team IDs were assigned to your said teams. Create the teams manually by adding names, banners, etc.
