Nicolae_Dica, amazing work. One question though about kits in general. I noticed some of your kits have different backgrounds. some plain, some with a repeating green textures / icons.

As just a general kit-making question, is there any purpose to the background of these kits? What if any difference is there between the Slovakia kit with green background with repeating icons and the Netherlands home kit (that you say wasn't made by you) which has no visible background like Slovakia? And on a related note, why the red background for the Netherlands 3rd kit. Is there a purpose to this?

Before i test out your kits, it'd be good to know about the purpose of those backgrounds. Thanks again for the great kits!

it's obvious that he didn't made those kits, he use kits from other people and remade/stole them... instead of trying to make his own kits... he can use my kits, i have nothing against that, butt it's not fair to other kitmakers...

Hold on. Lets not rush to judgement. He noted which ones were his own and which ones were others template. It's very important that we respect each other's ability to improve pre-existing designs. It's not a slight to the original author so long as it's credited. If someone wasn't credited and feels he or she should be, then all he or she has to do is comment something like "could you please credit me etc".

In my game, many times I have taken others brilliant work and upgraded them in small ways. (like kinda what i did with the croatia away jersey) In that case it was an EA base template I was editing. The reason why this is a good thread is because I simply have not found these kits anywhere. maybe i wasn't looking hard enough or in the right spot, but it's more of a problem then it appears. In some ways, modding has got into elite groups, where certain few tools are shared between elite members.

In theory, there is nothing wrong with this, but given this reality, these FIFA 10 PC boards remain on life support. Many have switched over to FIFA 11 PC. This guy did a very good thing and is sharing his collection and some of his edits trying to credit to the best of his knowledge. Sometimes you find a kit on the net and you don't know who made it. if i release something, i'd want people to use it and edit it to make it better.

You make a fair point shoneroma90, but lets be fair to the OP and allow him share kits that people otherwise would not have access to. Hopefully this cycle of sharing can continue, especially in regards to FIFA 10 PC. If not, then the elite groups will grow and pretty much nothing will be available in public. That's a very bleak future for modding, a future we can avoid.

have different backrounds cuz the author for every kit is different and i was specify is collected kits for many kit-makers ... Slovakia kits was made by Pepis and was his choice to make the backrounds green with "pepis" text

The backgrounds have no meaning at all! None if them shows in game.

i totaly agree with you, i have nothing against what he was doing, at least he gives credits for kitmakers unlike other people who used OP kits and named their own...
