Could someone please tell me how I simply post pictures / screenshots in .bmp .png. etc on to this forum.

is this method used if you want to post an image say a kit so that other people click on the link and it goes to the site and download. What I am looking for is to simply post an in game screenshot so it appears here on the posting

Please anybody help

I use photobucket myself
once uploaded, just copy and paste the img code shows the pic in the post as below
then you can right click image and (save picture as)
