These two patches stop the game from working in manager mode after 1 or 2 seasons, which is a bit frustrating. So, load up the patch and export all the kits into a folder using CM07. Then re install the game and using CM07 again upload the kits. It doesnt take too long.
Re jig the teams in the leagues so that no team appears in more than one league and everything should work fine.
I think the problem with the crashing is caused by players being in more than one team but that could be very time consuming to sort out.
