man i like the texture very much.specially the front part looks great and also the hair on the front of his head is fine its the hair on the sides and back that are too much.yes as krajcso said replace the sides and back part with another text like ljunberg,van der meyde,de rossi.and another suggestion make the beard and moustache more prominent,darker.u can also use textures from FIFA10 faces made by the great facemakers.best of luck.

1.Import the model and the texture
2.go to edit mode
3.import the texture again and make the model textured
4.you are ready :)
