I've tried several times and got close to scoring but i havnt been able to score with the keeper. If you have send in a replay!

Only in the demo. With Barthez, I was able to pass thru all Arsenal guys and blast in. In World Cup 98 I used to score lots... I think I still might have a couple of replays.

Nearly did with Van der Gouw (Man Utd reserve GK), but I hit the bastard post!! Still it didn't matter as United were 6-0 up after 45 minutes anyway.

I have many times. In FIFA 2000 (for PSX) I did it many times on Amateur and a few times on Professional. I have FIFA 2001 for PC but I haven't got a computer (should get one this week). Anyway, it is easy to run around and sort of "shimmy" to induce the players into sliding akwardly. It is hilarious as the keeper crosses the field and scores. The announcers go insane as if the world has gone upside down. Here is a tip if you can't do it...Just substitute a faster player for keeper and run him all the way down. Even though it is easy to do it with the real keeper, it is much easier with a forward. I actually have gotten a hat trick with the real keeper. As Rosenborg I scored 10 goals over the season with the keeper.

Hardly a credit to the game's realism, but yes. I have scored with the 'keeper several times. The commentary gets a bit repetetive when John Motson is still as amazed as the 1st time, when the goalkeeper scores his 5th goal in a game!

Also, Mark Lawrensen does his dodgy laugh (you know - the same one he does when you play a match with the same teams - eg. Juve and Juve) that laugh annoys the piss outta me!

Now I have two versions of 2001 (PC and PSX). Anyway, it is hard to do it in 2001 since the AI is a little better. I did it once on Proffesional with (laugh) the D.C.United keeper Simpson. The announcer said "It looks to be real, the goalkeeper has had his wet dream come true!" followed by the other guy "hahahaaa, I can't believe it, but the goalkeepers wet dream has come true!". Followed with a concurring "yes, yes"

I don't know, but when I scored 3 times with the keeper on Amateur they just said this,

"Oh, the keeper takes it out of the box and runs it down the pitch for the goal, amazing!"

on the third time...

"The keeper has been brilliant today, his third goal and the hat trick, nothing can stop him!"

I wrote these all down, although I think the first commentary was pretty corny.

fifa2000 yes... fifa2001 i think you will need to play in amatuer mode... never try it b4...

just make him your Freekick taker and score. no big deal. or for a bit of fun change the velocity and bounce of the ball in the aimain.ini file and if you practice you can score with the keeper.

yes i have several times more like 200 times!!!!!!! lol

yes i really have this game is way too easy in World Class level with my goalie i scored 2wice in a 4 min. half
