I don't understand how could ZIDANE be choosed for the best player in the world. The reasons to be chosen are obviously because he is franch and won the european competition.
If we compare Zidane with FIGO we can see a big diference beetween them.
First: FIGO is the most expensive player in the world.
Second: FIGO plays at high level in any circunstances in any club, every games with regular exibitions.
Third: FIGO is the best player in REAL MADRID, was in BARCELONA and SPORTING PORTUGAL.
Four: He plays in all positions in attack.
Five: He scores many great goals.
Six: He can join to his powerful football, strengh, technique, speed, passes, shots, one-in-one challenge, corners, free kicks, movement in field, etc etc etc.
Conclusion: And Zidane who is? Yes, he is a great player but he only plays well in French team, not in Juventus team, with irregular exibitions. And he doesn't run, he just waits for the pass. But after this he is one of the best, but it's not enough.
I think the decision was made because he is French and FIGO is Portuguese. POLICYSS!!
