I have the fifa 2001 warez version. I tried to play a multiplayer game, but it did not work.
In the game I go to the multiplayer menu and click on multiplayer. Then the browser is launched and on the ea.com site a menu pops up. A question is being asked whether I want to open the file or save to disk. I think that you need to have this little program on your computer in order to play a multiplayer game.
When I try to save the file to C:Program filesEACOMUpdate, I get the following message:

"The file C:Program filesEACOMUpdateUnwise.EXE could not be opened. Please check that your disk is not full and that you have access to the destination directory. Het systeem kan het opgegeven pad niet vinden."

One thing is for sure, my disk is not full!

When I want to save the program to another directory, I get the following message:

"Install
Invalid directory name specified or the removable media specified is not properly installed."

Does these problems sound familiar to any of you, and does anyone know the solution of this problem?
