I would perosnally choose between the last 2 and I dunno what you think but www.atfreeweb.com (http://www.atfreeweb.com) seems a good deal...
You know more about all that stuff.
I also saw that on atfreeweb.com if you pay 10 dollar a month you get FTP which would mean that also I (and others) could update the news on the site
