The game hasn't even been out a month yet. The mega patches will start coming out in 2001, when all the patchmakers have had a chance to figure out everything that can be edited and how.

I cant wait meself, the patches TOTALLY improve the game and the megapatches give it longevity so im trying to be patient but my only disappointment so far is that the balls are slow on coming - I thought they'd be easy enough.

I myself downloaded a Sky Sports patch from Ste Sutton for FIFA 2001, its only a beta so it needs work, but Popup Editing is definately possible...

Please help, I need to know if it is possible to increase resolution for fifa2000.
I have a lap top, with 64 mb ram, 4 mb video card, pentium II 366mhz... etc. and it runs at resolutio 640x400 not even 640x480 or best 800x600.
Tell me please if there is any way to increase resolution, all games I play in high res, I don´t know why I can not in fifa 2000

Also, No, it is NOT possible to increase resolution in FIFA; It was designed for 640*480 or 800*600, and those are the only ones...

It's no big deal, in fact, I thought that FIFA ran automatically on 800*600 cos my system's 800*600 and it runs fine, no bother.

Regarding patches, have you seen the teams controled by the computer score a header??? naaaaaa, they can not! because in fifa 2001 the AI never touch the ball with the heads, try watch a game computer vs computer and you´ll find out that never head the ball. the passes are perfectly done to the feet, incredible, like in fifa97.... I´ll stay in fifa2000. Good luck!

Yeah, but the problem with FIFA 2000 was that every time a cross came in, the CPU would flash a bullet header past your keeper.
In the face of overwhelming majority in FIFA 2001 Wishlists, EA cut out the magical, mystical bullet header from the game.

U can edit the popups a little bit but not as well as in FIFA 2k coz u can't add ur own graphics to the misc16.fsh file using ea graphics editor (at least I don't know how to do it if u can !)

Sudhan, if you want their email addresses badly, this is what u do;
Download a work that they've done eg Nikita's shirts, Chris and Drinky's PoTD, etc.
Then, open the zip file and open the readme.
They will have left their email address at the end if they need to be contacted about complaints, comments etc.
