Hello guy's
I've played yersterday night the demo of F2K and I was a little bit disappointed by the camera angles. They have choosed them good, but the angle seems to little compared to Fifa99.
It's wrotten in the credits that the full version will let us customize the views.
It's that true ?

Thanx !

yes it's true, you can switch camera and then you can choose between 3 heights and 3 distance views per camera...so options enough...

Thank you Mark !

I'm happy to know that we can choose between 3 different distance.
By the way, after my first match with Fifa 2000 I won the gane with the D.C United 3-0.
Sound's easy as 99 version in amateur mode.
The shield option is great, the passing system with colored arrows are a good idea, but it's still easy to pass, even when the arrow is red.
I tried next to play the demo in french language. I played the game with brasil versus France. Won 1-0... It seems that France was a better opponent that the Galaxy'y http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/wink.gif
I scored from 20 meters from goal... that's great we can beat the golie now from this distance.
The gameplay seems to me to be as good as the Fifa99 gameplay. So if you liked it, you will love Fifa2K.
The graphics are just GREAT and the crowd is done very nice.
I have to say that the graphics are something "cartoon"... but they are still beautiful. Specially the pitch, with a great tribunes shadow on the bottom... like on TV http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/wink.gif

I agree with you Kiske. I'm from Holland and played the demo time after time. Installed it in Dutch (Holland vs Germany), which is still quite easy. But okay, that's amateur level. Can't wait for the release at the end of this week here. Think the gameplay is even a bit better than in 99. And the shielding option is terrific. The pass-throughs (with "Q") are also very, very good.

One tiny weird thing. With one certain animation where the ref gives a red card (yes, had lots of them, just like pressing "E" sometimes) he takes it from his left hand and holds it up with his right, but you still see the card in his left hand.

'Nother thing: if you want to make it a bit harder on yourself in the demo, try to get some red cards (3) in the first 10 minutes or so. That way, it'll be a bit(!) harder. http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif

Hi Parena !

I'm from Switzerland, but I'm a mixed italian and Swiss blood guy http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/wink.gif

Like you, I'm pissed off by all this criticism versus EA and the new Fifa...
Concerning the leagues avaible, there will always be somebody disappointed because HIS league is not included in the game. But guy's... tell me WICH other soccer game on PC is better than at least, FIFA99 ?
I agree that everybody expect from EA a better game than "last year" version. For me it's the case.
So stop saying FIFA sucks...
