He played only 2nd half, and he did nothing... the game was 0x0 and and it was very slow, no dangerous attacks...

Ok, we could be writing in Portuguese I think, it's just to say that in the subject!
But that (Spain x Brasil) was a bad game, and I am not surprised Jardel doesn't perform well in Brasil's national team. He's the kind of striker that hardly works out for brazilian teams (good positioning and shooting, but too slow, fixed in the same 'area', not so much dribbling skills). With these characteristics, he's good to play in european teams. Typically, we have lighter, more paced and with more dribbling skills strikers (Ronaldo, Romario, Edmundo, etc.)

How could Edmundo be out of this team...
