This year's intro for FIFA 2001 was not good at all (not as good as FIFA 99's - no intro will ever be as good as that one), I would have much rather had no video so that EA could have spent more time improving other area's of the game.

It was different because it really didn't have a point or theme to it, just to show the game...with the soundtrack. Years before kind of had a theme to it...like WC 98 was of course World Cup, and FIFA 99, well, it was cool. FIFA 2000 was for the FIFA "Past"....I don't know.

The best intro is fifa 98 with the blur "song 2"!
In fifa2001, it's just to show off the voices from the players.
