I have a new problem, The game is crashing, I want to play SG!

SG_sa.exe-Unable To Locate Component

This application has failed to start because d3dx9_39.dll was not found. Re-installing may fix this problem.

It does this twice, loads the game, then crashes. This file never existed in my game.
