Whenever I change the shirt numbers in my favourite team (not the name!), the players I changed lose their player commentary.
When I reset all player changes, the problem's gone.
Am I the only one with this problem or is it because I have the, umm, not so official release of Fifa 2001?

Same problem! Come on guys, am I the only one who loses the commentary for every player whose appearance I change?

the commentary doesnt work
when u change the shirt number
and when u change the team kits sometimes there is no commentary on the team
i brought the official fifa2000 and euro2000 and the same bug http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/frown.gif

Thanks Sheringham, for a moment I was afraid I was doing something wrong here. I suppose there's nothing left to do but wait for Chau Le's FEd 2001, which changes player facts in a different way than the customise feature in the game. I call this a major bug. Bummer!

I'd sure like to hear from people who DON'T have this problem though.

I don't think this is a bug.
Ea made it that way.
Whenever you made the slightest changes to the players in the game, the commentary is gone. I think they are lazy to check if we changed their names or other little things.
Morever, you can't change sheringham to a black guy and then still the commentaters call him sheringham, same goes to andy cole.
Right?

Right Iceboy, if you change either the player's appearance, shirtnumber or stats, you lose the commentary. I still think it's a d**n bug and I hope EA will fix it with a patch. Well, actually I DREAM EA will fix it, cause we all know it's not going to happen. Is it so hard to implement new features without messing up the others?
