Hi guys one friend buy fifa 12 pc and when open the game it crash on welcome screen (Select Language) my friend have system dual core 2.5 ghz 2gb ram and nvidia 8600gt Win XP sp3

reinstall it.

if you installed origin....when you open origin go to settings and uncheck the ''Enable origin in game''..mine stopped crashing after i did this..

I'm having the same problem.

I bought my original FIFA 12.

When finish installing and tightening it opens play in the game screen and returns to the windowns.

Please help me.

Hey, I have an issue concerning crashes. When I become a goalkeeper, the screen crashes immediately, the opposing player will have a red line drawn from it.. but the sound is still working.. this would be the whole game hasn't crashed i presume. Does anyone know why this is happening?

FIFA 12 has some annoying bugs.
I´ve been related on EA support page but still no answer (they asked me for 24-48 hs to check it out)

Anyway, about specific problem related on this thread, solution is simple.

Go to the documents\fifa 12\instance0 folder and you´ll find a file named replay0.bin
Right click on this file, choose properties and check read only attribute.

Game works normally after this...

By the way, if someone knows how change keyboard controls ingame (not editing file "buttonDataKeyBoardMouse.ini"), please, tell me.
After editing keyboard controls ingame, when you back to previous screen, game crashes.

If you have FIFA 11 installed, go to My Documents/FIFA 11 and copy the folders "ButtonDataSetup" and "fifasetup."

Paste these files in the folder My Documents/FIFA 12.

Problem is, if i need to do any change on keyboard controls "ingame" then game crashes.
