Im losing every game please help

hi all im currently managing nottingham forest and i can score goals but i cant defend, i beat bornmouth 6-5 with my first team out, for some reason i cant get my defence to close down, they just sit there and my opponants just walk straigh through. can sum1 please help me with my tactics.
