can anybody tell me which .fsh files of a kits are the sleeves and the back?

The back is any jbx: hjbx, mjbx, ljbx

Short sleeves are any slv: hslv, mslv, lslv

Long sleeves are any lsv: hlsv, mlsv, llsv

Extra info: front of jersey-jfr, shorts-sht, socks-sck, and crest-crst (crest only works for club teams not international)
