Okay so you have the FAQ about the game it’s self, which really does not help anyone except mislead them because the teams listed of course are not in the game. Well many of them are not.

It would be really helpful if you would add a new section to your site called “Helpers Corner” or something. A lot of people have questions an a lot of times others have the same questions. There are a few people here on the board that are gracious enough to spend time read those help requests and help out. Someone else might come by a week later and ask the same question and the board members post back, “it was on the board a few days ago but I don’t know?” Well this does not help anyone.

My Idea would be to take the questions that have been asked and then take their answers and post them on another page of your site. This way, those who have questions can first check your help page and then if their answer is not found, make a post on the message board.

It’s just an idea which I think would be easy for a company such as Soccer Gaming to undertake!

Is this similiar to the Euro-Ball forums? Where they have one forum devoted to support?

to tell you the truth, I have yet to be over at euroball altough I have seen their links on the front page of this site.

It is great that there are sites such as this one but it would be even better that a site such as this could help out his/her users by supporting such a function.

IF they had trouble running the game, they would flood in another forums like one of the guys did, the moderators know who.
