I have found that in playing multiple simulated seasons of FIFA2001 there is an ordinate number of 0-0 draws.
Invariably teams like Man U and Arsenal are having problems scoring a single goal at home versus the likes of Bradford, Charlton, etc.
In one half season Arsenal had 5 0-0 draws and 7 scoredraws. The majority of these at home.
How can one maximize home field advantage? Is it built in like it should be?
Why can't the good teams beat the bad as per historical?
Is it the goalie rates? Are they too high?
What is the ideal strategy and attacking/defending setting?
I have been using the pre-set for Man U; All out attack, neutral attacking zone play, pressure defense, 4-4-2 with defenders pushing up and midfielders going both ways.
What setting would best evidence realistic results?
Help,
Thanks
