There is no real answer to your question, as many clubs change their team line-ups more frequently than most of us change our socks!

Your best bet is to focus on one particular area of the world where players are mad keen to keep things updated. This is particularly so of Latin America, Western Europe and the UK. That said, Just Pat Him is starting to do some sterling work for Australia.

The other alternative is to select a period in time, a heyday so to speak, and to concentrate on this. If you feel you don't have the talent or skill for doing your own league and roster changes, you can always post a request for help here.
