I have a Voodoo 3 3000 and when I open the 3D Setup Window, the "Triple buffer" option is disabled in all my Fifa games, even in Euro 2000.

Is there any way to fix this thing?

There are Tweak voodoo files under 'Patches' in the Fifa 2000 online download section.There should be an 'official' Voodoo patch for Fifa 99- at EA Sports which will enable the 'triple buffer' box. As far as I know there's nothing to get Euro 2000 performing at an even acceptable rate.

If you know a little bit of windows registry
you can do
run : regedit
then find at MACHINE/Software/microsoft/windows/current options/EA Sports/Euro2000

change the triple buffer 0x00000000 to 0x00000001

try this !!!
