I think the idea of Fed99 is very good. The things that Fed99 want to change in the game are very good. :) But I think there're many problems in the carrying out. So like this: I want to change the settings in the teamnames menu (for example the Shorten Name of a team, that the FIFA99-Editor doesn't change). This is only possible, if I klick on "update changes from db files" in the File-menu. Now I do my changes and than I klick on "export all changes to db files". And now there's the problem: after starting the game, the settings (for example the Shorten Name) have changed, but something else also changed: the number of the substitutes. There're only 1,2 or 3 substitutes. That problem always appears, if I klick on "update changes ..." and then on "export changes to ...". And this isn't really good !!! So the question is, how to solve this problem and is there a possibility to change the numer of the substitutes !!!!!
I would be very happy, if somebody could help me !!

P.S.: Why doesnt't the programmer develop Fed99 into a better version ????

step 1.) Use fed99
step 2.) select a league (for example England)
step 3.) Go to edit - league name
step 4.) Typ a league name (FA Premier League)
step 5.) press the OK button
step 6.) done! ;)
