Have you ever seen it??? Here in Brazil we have it! And it's called Campeonato Brasileiro 2001! It's pretty cool! They overwrited all national teams and put Brazilian clubs on it! And instead of the Master League, we have Libertadores Cup!!!

I don't have PSX, but I played it at my friend's house, and it works perfectly! It's just like the original one, but with brazilian clubs!

Ya they usually someone makes a patch for each WE/ISS game for their country's pro teams. There are ones for Spain,Italy and England, and maybe more countries than that.

There is also one for the J-leauge but KCET might offically do that one. Most of the time though it's just someone that knows how to make the patches and goes through and turns it from the regular ISS to the ISS/fill in the blank. Really a cool thing IMO. :cool:

Are there correct commentary for the players in it?

Not all of the players have the correct commentary. Only the ones that have the commentary provided for their name in the regular game.

See, they have the original commentary.
For example:

Palmeiras overwrites Netherlands. There's a player called Basilio that overwrites Overmars, so, every time he touches the ball, the commentator calls for Overmars...
