I dont have a playstation, and there is no need to buy the game if it doesnt run on any of the psx emulators.
I reallly hope it does!

chau what plugins do you run and what are your systems specs?
I'm running P3 with tnt2 - isspe 1 works fine and I dont own a ps1, so I want to be as sure as possible that it'll work.

first off, we need to know what Video card u are using in order to help u.

I have a PIII 500 with 128 meg of ram, a diamond viper V770 Ultra video card, does that help?

I assume that u guys have oreadi downloaded the BIOS SCPH1001 and dun need explaination.

the video card is the most important, u cannot play any games until u configure the video plugins, I dun have a diamond viper, nor do i own a voodoo, but i will try.

Diamond viper should be using OpenGL plugins, maybe u want to try using Pete's plugins.

as for Voodoo5, u should be using Lewpy's Glide.

in the video configuration, the FPS for ISS PE should be around 35 to 50 if i remember correctly, btw, i am using 35FPS on a TNT. a higher FPS will increase the game speed.

Use "FPS LIMIT" and "FRAME SKIP
Remove Auto-Detect FPS

for the sound, u may use the "epsxe ver 1.2.0 SPU" or Pete's MIDAS 1.7 which can be found on his homepage. But it doesn;t matter anyway because the sound in epsxe still leaves to desire.

the CD-rom is simple enough and so is setting up the controllers.

another thing, please check in the "MDEC CONFIG" and see that it is enabled.

it should be enabled in all versions after epsxe1.01

If you start the game and get a black screen after the KCET (I did) logo try using an imageof the CD on HD instead(Duddies ISO driver I think)

I have epsxe and have configured it all except for the video plugin. When i go to configure it there is nothing in the drop down list. Help me please. Also what settings are best for ISS Pro Evo 1 and 2?

Alex - what video card do you have??

Maybe you do not have any video plugins. Download the from www.epsxe.com (http://www.epsxe.com) and place them in your epsxe-->Plugins Directory

Alex - Check through directx to see which video card you have, should be in your program files\directx directory(or thereabouts)
Then this page www.psxemu.com/psemu-plugins.shtml (http://www.psxemu.com/psemu-plugins.shtml) should have all the plugins you need.
just download the plugins a place them in your plugin directory in epsxe.
I'm running Pete's D3D driver with my Nvidia card, DAO image driver for cd, Null's sound (I think) and one of the controller plugins.

That is the problem, I am not sure. Would it be something like NDVIA. I have a "Time" 1000Mhz Athlon PC.

Cheers perth I will give that a shot. But I think I already have Pete's D3D plugin but it doesn't appear in the drop down when I am configuring the video, in fact nothing appears there at all.

The plugins should be copied (expanded) to the PLUGINS folder. For example, if EPSXE.EXE is in C:\EPSXE folder then all plugins should be in C:\ESPSX\PLUGINS folder.

Chau you are the man. However now that the video plugin is working, the frist time I ran the game I got the sony icon and then got taken to a memory card screen.
The second time I tried i just got a black screen. Can anyone give me specific settings to run ISS pro 1. Please help me.

the video configuration varies from different Video card and are u playing from CD-ROM or ISO? u shouldn't get the Sony screen...

I'm using since last three months an emulator called VGS. i did't configured any video card nor any other property: you just run it and that's all! It works pretty good and with all the games I own (we2000, ff8... etc) Moreover, there's a version for MAC users!!

Hi Guys i've been at it for 3days now trying to get the game to work and i am totally frustrated! Tried every possible video mode and it still doesn't work. I get to the intro then a black screen :((. I am using a Geforce Pro PIII 600E. Can anyone gimme some suggestions? If at all can someone else explain to me how VGS works?

I have just a p2 266 192 MB and Geforce but i have a problem: At first the game runs fats but later it slows down and all looks like a replay. What should i do?

i dun have GEForce, only TNT.
this is my configuration.
VGS is the most compatible emulator, but it is not free. u can play many PSX games, but at the expense of the graphics.
at 1st, i am contented as long as i could play ISS PE, but comparing them, i found that EPSXE has a much much better graphics.
so... use vgs as a last resort.

I get a problem where at the near side of the pitch is fine, far side of pitch too fast and when in the middle of the pitch its too slow..

Does anyone have a link to VGS?? The one above has been deleted.
