I have knocked up a quick site dedicated to ISS and the PC. It is mainly to do with EpsxE and has full instructions with links on how to get up and running. It also alows you to upload and download goals. The files are really small 8 goals is a 10 second download for EpsxE users. Have a look now hope you like it.
