This is a thread where we can select Managers/Coaches for our team. Of course, you will be the Head Manager but I think it was Polish who suggested we pick real managers to be assistant managers and coaches.

If you don't really care about this, then i will just leave the team's coaching staff the same.

I will edit everything so there will be no advantages in terms of coaching levels or anything.

How many should we pick?? I suggest 3... I don't think we should do a draft or anything. so i guess it's first come, first served... but try to be fair - don't go picking Ferguson, Wenger and Eriksson or something ridiculously unfair like that http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

anyway, there's one thing that that disturbs me about this. Whenever I play CM, the stats of my players seem to allways increase and in a rapid way. I guess this process will be even "worse" when we have all these great coaches..... Maybe we should only appoint an assistant and try to keep the ratings the same? Because CM really screws up when they start improving ratings.

I say we pick whatever staff we want... it's only going to be one season anyway.

Luxemburgo is an awful coach! And yes, he is like a James Bond bad guy.

I only selected Maradona because of who he is as a football player not coach/manager.

shearer, you're supposed to pick using your own knowledge, not by looking at the stats in CM
