You know I worked on that patch for two months but who cares for EURO 2000 in late August/ early September? Was it all for nothing?

Well, you don't need to overwrite you're user files! You can do a second installation of FIFA99 on your hard drive by just copying the complete FIFA99 folder!!!

This is how it works:

Go to your FIFA99 directory, copy the whole FIFA99 folder and paste it to a different directory, i.e. C:\...
Then rename the new FIFA99 folder to for instance EURO 2000 (...just to avoid confusions!). Finally you have to create a new shortcut on your desktop or in the WINDOWS START menu so that you can start the new installation!

After all that you can install my EURO 2000 patch to your "new" FIFA99 without losing your own version... http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif


Yep, I worked two month on it! Just look at the kits and you'll see why! It's really worth it!!! But read the instructions CAREFULLY... it may help you to avoid troubles when playing with Slovenia and/ or Turkey... http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/wink.gif

But which update do you mean? The EURO 2000 patch or the forthcoming Bundesliga update?

If it's the Bundesliga update you'll have to wait a few weeks for the first version cos there are still 9 jerseys missing and I intend to edit some new goalkeeper kits as well!

Kohler, I am sad to hear that you feel slighted. Don't be mate. I love the GFA. I USE IT EXCLUSIVELY. I play with Hertha and I have to say I marvel at the kits in the Bundesliga that you have made. I can't wait for the update. I love GFA so much, I uninstalled my Fifa Mra, so I can never use another patch.
Keep up the good work man. Don't worry about that site, I am sure it was an oversight and not a deliberate action.
