Don't know much about college basketball. Virginia should upset a lot of schools and make the Final Four! That would be nice...

Nice to see George Mason and Georgetown (two local universities) doing well.

Everyone here is N. Carolina is engulfed in it. I can't see why. Duke, Tarheel....who gives seven shades?

Okay guys, basketball rocks. Maybe if you tried to understand the game b4 you critisised it, you would at least learn to appreciate it or respect it.

As for March Madness, I learned a long time ago, that this is the ONLY tournament that you do not make predictions. (see Gonzaga) Too many upsets, too many overrated teams, too many underrated teams.

But my favorite team has always been Kentucky. So I pick Kentucy to win it all. If they dont win it, I'll be happy, so long as Duke does not win.

If you actually watch March Madness, you would realize how great it is - every year, it does not fail..... there is nothing in sports like it!!!!

I watched the Georgetown-Arkansas game but it just doesn't interest me. I'm sure it'll interest me more when I'm in college. I occasionally watch a Wizards game but there are other sports I'd rather watch.

Since every game is reasonably close, why don't they play only the last 2 minutes?

It would save a lot of time.

yeah, luckily today I was writing an essay and keeping track of the games as they went along so I would go upstairs and watch the last 5 minutes or so.....

Shearer, very good idea. Spend four hours traveling to play a 2 minute basketball game. LOL. But, yea, good point.

I have been a basketball fan (and player) my whole life (though still young) until I was about 12. When soccer completely took over I realized how stupid the game is. I can watch it, NBA is boring. But I do like the energy that comes with "MaRcH mAdNeSS". Since the Final Four is here in the Twin Cities I might try to get some tickets.

Well for the fourth year in a row I predicted the winner before the Tourney started. And yet the bracket pool has managed to elude me for 3 years.

I am not happy. Stupid Duke. And even more stupid Michigan State. Oh well ..... I guess you cannot win them all.
