Sorry Matt it has got to be ISS Pro Evo on the playstation. It will be ESPN MLS Extratime next month, have you seen the videos? The animation is awesome so are the kits and if the gameplay is the same as ISS Pro Evo it will definitely be contender for the best football sim ever!!!

Hey that's cool news Eleftherios but MSL isn't that major League Soccer.So it will be a footy game only featuring the MSL team or what.Shame if it does.

but THIS IS FOOTBALL is a really GOOD game,it has many teams, A LOT of features,every real player,the graphixs arent too good,but for psx theyre ok..
fifa2001 is thw worst one
it has good graphics,BUT
bad gameplay
very sucker national teams(palestine,barhain)
only 5 stadiums
not too many features,like in this is football..

Let us not forget the older games for 16-bit consoles... ISS for SNES was nice, FIFA 96 for Mega Drive was a blast, European Club Soccer had loads of teams and a really good European Cup feeling (with Toyota cup in the end - AMAZING). I know that the best game is ISS Evo, but as for my 16-bit experience, I must bet in either European Club Soccer or FIFA 96.

My all time favorite, believe it or not, is World Cup 98 for the N64. I have no idea why, I just had a lot of fun with it. It was the first FIFA game I purschased and played it during the World Cup and all during the summer of 98. It was fun!

I have WE2000 2nd,WE2000 U-23,ISS Pro Evo2 and all the gameplay is fantastic!except for the poor graphic of the players face,looks like japanese version of shearer!latest news is a new version of winning eleven 2001 on PSone and I hope that there will be changes on the players graphic which they did on PS2 console.

I agree with ISS Evo 2 as the best....BUT
Why no mention of Sensible soccer on the amiga! Even now that game is only "just" beaten into 2nd place by the ISS series!

i like joe liked world cup 98 on the nintendo 64 shame though it sometimes wouldn't load up and kept messing my memory card

I also loved World cup 98 on the Nintendo 64.Apart from goldeneye it was the probly the best ever game on that machine.But the best all time console soccer game has to be RTWC 98 on the old Ps1, i dont think anything beats it.


And for best console game ever on any format you cant go past Gran Turismo 2!!!!!!!

Fifa 96! It was my first football game and it seems to be everyone else's first that I know. I know heaps of people that have Fifa 96 for some reason the graphics sucked but Fifa 96 still rules all

i am dying to play ISS and/or WE.
my friend and i picked up stacks of games in bali not too long ago.

one game i picked up is UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 2000/1. i swear it must be the only copy on the planet, cos i have never heard of anyone else that has played it , and i can tfind a review of it anywhere.
HAS ANYONE ELSE PLAYED IT !!?
