Well the Patches Database at the Sweetpatch site is the best place! It's got an extensive list of Sweetpatch compliant patches!

Unfortunately, most F99 patches are not truly MRA compliant, that is, they won't automatically unzip to a new folder in the MRA patches folder. That said, most patches can be manually inserted into a manually created new folder.
