Does any one know if this new version was put up by germans or american developers?

I hope were the germans...otherwise will see the same stupid bugs and unrealistic scenarios in and out the pitch...no offense to american people, but if you don't know crap about football (soccer) why not pass the project to some other cultures who do know it, but don't have the technology? :D

I don't know, but for Europe they are made somewhere in the EU I think.

Well, that's good news if you are confident about your answer...and here in America, I don't have to worry cause they don't even bother selling this game in the U.S., I hope this time the EU fellas do a good job of getting rid of every single bug in previous versions.

I think you will find that EA Sports comes from Canada I believe...

Probably Canada makes the games being sell in North America, but not football, they probably make, Golf, american football, baseball, boxing, basketball, but certainly not management games, since they don't sale any in North America nor South America.

Also there is another big base of EA in California.
