I think that in the game, they should have a drugs feature where the club doctor or a physiotherapist (if you haven't got a doctor) informs you every month of player drugs tests and then say that he is negative of drugs and what result he got or very, I emphasise VERY rarely (sorry for using capitals moderators :( ) one particular player is tested positive, the doctor tells you which drug and his results.

And also adding that once that player has been tested positive, the next day, the club are given an EA Mail explaining the length of the players ban, depending on the seriousness of the situation (maximum should be 2 years).

Hmmm. Not too sure about the gambling, but I do like your comment on letting manager having choice of doping players at his will.
