There should be new weather conditions and improvements of weather effects for the game. At the moment there is Sunny, Clear, Rain, Sleet and Snow.
1. Firstly, none of the above conditions affect the play (e.g. in Snow the ball just happily and easily moves about as much as when it is a Sunny day)
2. Secondly, have new weather conditions
Here are my new weather conditions. I will explain them as I go along, with the should be effects for play on the pitch that day (ones without arrows beside them are already in the game):
Sunny:
Clear:
>Cloudy: This means it's just overcast and that's about it really.
>Drizzle: Light rain which will make the pitch slightly slippery and the ball difficult to control.
>Raining: Usual rainy days now making the pitch even more slippy and also help create a few bog patches mainly in goal areas and centre circles. This should hzave some slight help in tiring player condition.
>Showers: Heavy rain basically. This makes the ground boggy and will tire the players condition quite bad.
>Thunderstorms: We all know about thundrstorms. Trees getting struck, cat trying to get into house, blaady, blaady, blah, we all know about it.
But to a football side, thunderstorms bring torrential downpours, even heavier than showers, cutting out visibility and making the pitch a real bog, causing player fatigue big time.
Sleet: This makes condition sink too and makes the pitch boggy. Not as much though as thunderstorm rains.
Snow: EA should have the pitch when it is snowy totally white as in real life and make the sonw cover look realistic too. Not like a frosty ground as it looks now.
Player condition should tire in snow.
>Blizzard: Virtually describing, totally awful snow conditions (remember Chelseas Cup Winners Cup match against Tromso IL of Norway in 1997/98 season?). Blizzards should make players tire even more and reduce visibility significantly.
>Frost or Ice: Both frost and ice as two completely different things should make the pitch go hard and possibly reduce running slightly in terms of football playing.
>Fog: And last, but not least, fog. This will make visibility totally difficult. EA should make the referee abandon matches if he feels the need in game.
Temperature: Players will tire the more hot it is and be less inclined to run the colder it gets if they have low Stamina rating.
>Wind: There should be None, Calm, Breezy, Windy, slightly interfering passing and shooting, Strong which affects that even more and Gales in which if you tried to Short Pass it to a defender right next to you, it would probably fly off into the Atlantic :D :D !!

Phew!!. That was some marathon. You can wake up now :D :D !!!!

Hey Man U... I think you are a bit worried about silly things don't you? I mean lets be realistic here, I know you probably meant that post as a joke, but here are what I would like to see within the next few years. Since EA seem to have a slow updating rate.
1. Bigger squads.. all round, Reserves and youth. Also, have the option to view their games, or hire an extra coach or two.
2. A more realistic 3d engine. The graphics do not have to be amazing, but the gameplay should be bareable.
3. A quick delete button for the EAmail ... I hate having to keep opening and declining transfer emails. Also, more involvememt with press, and the board of directors. More pressure, and more gratitude depending on how you are doing.

Those are just three simple things, one day, when nelson gets his eyeback, it will be like the real thing, but untill then this is all i ask.

Hey, you're right Gaffer. I do sometimes worry too much about silly things which I shouldn't be :).
That post was half joke, half serious, saying that I worry about it half as much, which actually isn't that much atall to me because I didn't have any real purpose behind that post, despite it being long :D :D !!

haha... I think we all get carried away sometimes. I mean, I could easily get carried away on stadium building, like having the option to build more stands at once, or a brand new stadium in a new location, or just updating the old one, in the old fashioned way. Then you could add seat are, like names and stuff in the seats, scoreboards, floodlights. In the stadium you could add guest of honor boxes, luxury suits, and all that sort of stuff.
I personally enjoy the developing side of the game, i think it signifies more than anything how great a club is. The grander the facilities and battle ground is, the better the team will be

I agree with you Gaffer :D !! Building the greatest club off the pitch in so much detail and ease not to mention would be fantastic!!
