I can say I'm getting a little anxious about the start of euro2000 and our first game against England.

Ha yeah...who in the U.S.is actually getting the whole tournament for 150 bucks? Those s****** won't even show the EURO. Guess im just gonna watch the semi-finals and the final for $20 each. I think Italy, France or Germany will win it. Holland, although with the best team, will have a bad day, again...too bad.

Actually Emerson, it's not the stupid USA thats the problem, it's ESPN. At least they showed a few games of EURO 96. But instead, they opted to show us more dumb weightlifting shows and Bass Fishing Tournaments. Thats pure stupidity. As for me, as lame as it sounds, a friend of mine who has a dish will let me go over to his house to watch it-alone-because no one else in the house likes soccer. Yeah it's lame, but it's to good to miss.

Some games I will watch on tv and some in a pub, but it is good ESPN did not get the rights, if ESPN got the rights we would get nothing as the games would be on that digital system that no one that I know of has...

I'm English, and support England, but after our display against Malta I really don't think we stand a chance. I'm seriously nervous about the Portugal match (and don't mention Germany!)
Actually, I'm more nervous about my last exam, but that's another story...

You people are all acting like there's a freaking chance that Denmark won't win this one...ha ha ha....

Emerson-I'm not for sure, but I believe it's an RCA dish with the DSS system. On the channel set aside for Euro 2000 it says you have to pay, but on his DSS system, everything is free, and you don't have to pay a cent for pay per view programming. Hope this helps.

In Canada, TSN is showing every single game for free, and if there is 2 games at the sametime one of there sister channels (OLN) shows one game live and TSN shows the other game live...god bless Canada!!!
