I can't believe we got rid of somebody of the calibre of jaap stam and got £16million for him and yet we go and get somebody like laurent blanc!!!!

He is the worst defender i have ever seen play!! If only jaap stam had waited to release his autobiography after this season he would still be playing for us and we would be top of the premiership and top of our CL group!!
Laurent blanc is old, crap and french!!- come on you stupid french just cos you stick your arm in the air doesn't mean that the referee is gonna believe you( barthez also) bugger off home and retire, and man utd, go and buy somebody of quality to play for us!!

I think Blanc was supposed to be a short time replacemnt.
and that more would be invested duing the summer

I reckon United only bought Blanc to place a smacker on Barthez's head...

Though I haven't seen it happen yet. But Blanc is way past his "sell by" date.

You cant exactly expect Blanc to walk into the team and perform brilliantly straight away can you.

He's only a short term replacement until Fergie finds someone better and younger
